Lt Charles Haskins USN (Ret.)

LT Charles G. Haskins, USN (Ret.) passed away on Tuesday, April 23rd 2019.  Charlie, as he was known to family and friends, was 82 years old.  Charlie was born in Los Angeles, CA but settled in Virginia Beach, VA after retiring from 30 years of service to our nation.
He was the pillar of his neighborhood and will be eternally missed by an extensive network of family and friends made over decades of loving and caring for others.
He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley of 52 years and will forever lie in rest next to her in the Princess Anne Memorial Garden.
