CDR James Victor, USN (Retired) January 2012

​CDR James (Jim) Victor of Falls Church, VA, died Sunday, January 29, 2012 at his residence. Beloved husband of Helen Victor; devoted father of James M. Victor (Priscilla) and Jack A. Victor (Kathy); loving grandfather of two and great-grandfather of one. Jim is also survived by a brother, Glen Kirk (Bonnie). Jim made significant contributions to the VAW community. Of note, he was the Head of the Airborne Tactical Data Systems Depart at NAS Glynco, GA, where he was instrumental in the development of the original ATDS training course for Naval Flight Officers in the E-2A aircraft.​
